Is there a way to send out emails to users who will have to log back into a Meraki wireless network, maybe a week before their session is set to expire?  And maybe the day of, at at what time it will expire?

If you are referring to the case when Meraki hosted authentication is used - no.

Users are authenticating via on prem AD.
