Splash page not opening for expired clients

Hi,

I've got an SSID setup with a splash page authentication which expires every two weeks.

The issue I am encountering is  that when the authentication expires, the client can't authenticate again as the splash page won't pop up.

  • Tried to force the splash page with http://192.168.5.1 , http://escapessl etc but the Splash page won't pop up.
  • Tried rebooting the devices, forgetting the SSID and reconnecting again with no success.
  • Also rebooted the APs

This is happening with two APs, the workaround would be to go the the other office where other APs are installed, authenticate there and then come back to the "faulty office"

I've been with the support and their suggestion is (as other issues I had) to either downgrade the firmware or upgrade to a Beta version (no way). Why with the same firmware two APs don't have any issues? Does it make sense?

Has anyone else expreienced this issue?
