Splash Page will not open in MS Edge

I have added a simple splash page for guest access that will not open in MS Edge.  No problem with Google Chrome.  Not running any other browsers.  Anyone experience the same issue?

@Bobby-P Have you tried clearing the browsers cache and history? 

Also are you running the latest version of MS Edge?

Tried SSID from a different laptop and splash paged worked in Edge. Took about 20 seconds to display. Will continue to monitor but closing post for now.
