Sign into Wi-Fi network popup on Android tablet.

We have a couple Android tablets that I set up a Tablet Wi-Fi SSID with MAC Authentication via radius.  When these devices connect, we get a status bar alert that makes us click a few theses to sign in.  I do not have the problem on a few other devices that connect to this network.

I have attached pictures.

Here is the message we got.  You must select it to open it.

What are the other devices that do work?

Different OS or version?

Have you disabled MAC randomization in the wifi advanced settings?
