Hello,

Every time I try to test this configuration comes back with all the APs failing to connect.

What is the best practice for setting this up?

The best option is using a Radius server integrated with the AD.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
