Security SD-WAN - Configure - Access control - API mass update all networks? (Turn off Network acSP)

Hi, am looking to update all networks in an org, for some reason when you have splashpage on both Security & SD-WAN settings and also on the SSID it wont resolve the web spalsh page. 

Anyone know what API call this is set under?

I want to turn of Network access splash page on all networks in org on all vlans
