SSID changes saving

I'm quite new to the dashboard. I have tried making a simple switch to our SSID password.

I see the save and cancel button on the bottom left, but it is grayed out and I can't seem to save my changes.

Anyone have a suggestion or direction to save my changes?

Thanks.

Kind of a big deal

Your permissions might be "read-only" and would need to have higher permissions to do so - just my guess.

There will be two options: if the configuration is Incomplete or Invalid, the save button will be grayed out, and the other one is a permission issue. Can you check that your account has full access to read and write the configuration?

Thanks for the reply, I have reached out to verify my access to the account; waiting for a reply...

The configuration was not changed, only the PSK was changed. I have a few more SSID's that I verified the settings/configuration with. I only attempted to change 1 to make sure first.

Thanks
