Yes I have noticed this yesterday also. 

I just wished that it wouldn't be shown until these SKU where actually added to a network. It just adds more and more stuff that might not be related to your actual setup.

100% agree with you on adding "ruckus" to the dashboard when it doesn't apply to you.

Adaptive Policy (wireless ONLY group settings) is yet another example.  And no matter WHAT feedback one provides - nothing changes.  The convergence makes all of this messy!

I do agree that from a ZTP POV you might need to have these available BEFORE addind devices , but 😩
