RADIUS Accounting with freeradius on Sign-On Splash Page not works

Hi, I have a problem about integrate FreeRADIUS with Meraki (MR) Splash Page, I can connect and authen User/Password with FreeRADIUS server success. But RADIUS Accounting not works. Please kindly guide me to find solution for this problem.

Sorry for lost details, I just have issue about meraki splash page with "my RADIUS" (Freeradius Ubuntu) using for Wi-Fi Hotspot and kiosk, Kiosk using for self register and specify class of user such as Staff, Member, Guest, surf quota and expire date. So I perform NAT freeradius to public IP and verify connection (on meraki dashboard) success, But user Iog on via splash page can't follow parameter on RADIUS accounting. Please guide me to verify this issue.
