There would be no problems in using this license in Bermuda, per se (licenses are not geo-specific).
If the target Organization is using Subscription licensing though, rather than Co-termination (or Per Device Licensing) this license wouldn't be usable.
If you ordered the actual MR57 AP to be delivered in a different country, but then had it installed in Bermuda, you might have issues popup around Regulatory Domains, but this can generally be sorted pretty easily: https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/Radio_Settings/MR_Regulatory_Domains
