Public School Wifi, how are you doing it?

Just wondering how everyone's setups are.  Are you just using WPA2 with a password that you push out through policies?  Etc.

Thanks!

Joe

More importantly, how are you securing your Guest networks?

Typically, the schools I work with just use WPA2 and rotate their keys.  We do ensure that guest wifi traffic is segregated from the LAN.

Usually if you're dealing with actual visitors or student brought gear a simple PSK with guest only access is enough.  Be sure to have deny local LAN on and p2p blocking on.
If you have a student housing and each student needs their devices to be able to talk to each other then a solution like WPN (wireless private network) is ideal!

It depends, if you have a requirement to log network traffic against specific users a straight PSK won't cut it.
