Problems in Windows Radius NPS and Meraki SSID 802.1.x Configuration

Hello everyone!

I am currently configuring a new Radius NPS (Windows server 2022) for 802.1x authentication of my corporate SSID users. I have made the configurations according to the Meraki instructions, but I am unable to validate the users.

- The radius is already integrated into the AD.
- There is communication between the Meraki AP and NPS (bidirectional ICMP and Radius ports), it was also tested without a port filter.

Do you have any documentation or video that I can use to configure and validate the official one on the site?

Meraki instructions:

Regards!

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

What errors are you seeing in the logs of the APs and the RADIUS server?

Finally the configuration of the document is correct, in my case it did not work because the NPS and the Meraki APs were in different networks and the firewall was using NAT, that is why the queries to the NPS received with the Gateway IP and not with the each Meraki IP...
