Can you give more details on what exactly you need to do?

We have a T-Mobile Cellspot that provides cell services where there is no signal. T-Mobile is telling me that the following ports need to be confirmed, if UDP ports 123, 500 and 4500 are opened

Are you connected to any of the MX's WAN ports? As said, if you don't have any blocking rules configured in the MX, everything is allowed by default.

Take a look at the documentation I sent you.
