Hi All,
New to this community. I have a client that has two Meraki access points MR32 and some unknown prior IT company set them up a few years ago and added them to the Cloud Portal. They also set the logins. So I cannot access.
Is there a process to get these assigned to my client so they can be setup in our portal and the credentials changed so we can manage?
