After upgrading to MR 24.11 2 days ago, I noticed there's a new version...This officially lists the KRACK vulnerabilities, does it add anything to MR 24.11 ?

Yes, there were some additional security (and stability/performance) improvements and the latest GA is now 24.12 and latest beta is 25.8 both released this week.
