Sorry you were impacted by this one and thank you for reporting it.
I did a little bit of digging and I think I found the issue you are referencing; it seems to be a one-off event, rather than an ongoing situation.
Theoretically, should have been resolved as of several hours ago. If you are still seeing problems could you please follow up with the engineer on the case?
