Meraki user account creation with e-mail verification: "This account has been disabled"

Meraki user account registration/creation with e-mail verification.

After a proper registration the verification e-mail was well received from Meraki.

Clicking on the link provided in the mail result in the message "this account has been disabled".

The 10 min access prior to verification is working well as expected.

After the 10min access has been expired the system still indicates the account was not verified.

Resending the verification mail still results in 'this account has been disabled".

Where can we find the settings related to 'this account has been disabled"?

Many thanks.

Kind of a big deal

I'm not sure.  Assuming it is not an admin user, try:

If you're still having issues with the account, just delete it and re-create.

Thanks for the reply. Recreating the user doesn't solve the problem. Somehow the email verification does not work for authorizing the users automatically.
