Apologies if this is in the wrong location but I am hoping that I have got this right!
We are looking at moving our Access Points from one VLAN range to another. We use Smoothwall as our proxy server and then we have another provider for the firewall. Would anyone in a similar situation be able to say whether I need to create a new interface on our Smoothwall for the new VLAN range? I have created a DHCP range and the APs pick up an address but they do not show as online on the Meraki dashboard. They also can't be "pinged" so I think there may be something else on the network but I
I am more than happy to provide any more information should it be required! I never really look at the Smoothwall so any help would be greatly appreciated.
