Meraki Magic Key License

Hi,

we recently purchased several wireless units, we set up an account and we are trying to install the license. We received a
magic key but it doesn't work. Does anyone know what this license is and how to install it?

The magic key is a Cisco Ordering thing with CCW. It is not for applying a license to an org.

The license you got is a subscription, you need to follow the directions here to claim it: https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Licensing/Subscription_-_Licensing_Overview#...

There will be a different key available to claim. If you can't find the key, your partner/reseller can have it retrieved/re-sent
