Meraki MR20 - very slow Wifi

Here is a short description of the problem :

We have a small setup  7 AP - Model MR20 latest firmware now : MR 28.61 the issues that we have right now the wifi connection very slow and after a reboot on the AP dashboard the connection is back to normal !

This is happening for a long time first we suspected the firmware so we update the firmware but the issues is still here 😞

Anybody have similar issues with MR20 ?

I see the utilization for wifi channels - 2.4Ghz - 70%   and for 5Ghz - 15% i understand that 2.4Ghz could be better but anyway the wifi speed is very slow when is not working around 5Mbps after rebooting AP is around 135Mbps for both Upload and downloads

How are they connected to the internet? What is the path from the MR device to the outside world? What switch? What gateway?

Hi,

We have MS-120-24P with POE for all the AP MR20 the problem is not related to the network because all the computer connected via Ethernet does not have this problem we have a very good connection to the internet via cable and WiFi when the issue does not appear.

For the moment we found a pretty easy solution to schedule the ports on the switch overnight to make a power on/off of the POE ports where AP are connected 

We will continue to monitor this
