Meraki Dashboard Guest Sponsored Wifi

In Meraki Dashboard Guest Sponsored Wifi, is it possible to restrict guest from sending the guest wifi access permission email to any users?

Say can i set it manually in the background where it always goes to reception?

If the administrators want only specific emails to have the authority, then the specified domain has to be a different domain for example "@merakiguestsponsor.net" with only a few emails on that domain like username@merakiguestsponsor.net that can be specified by guests to grant access to them.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Or instead of to use sponsored guest account use this configuration and configure the option for administration approvement.

No, Meraki Sponsored Guest Wi-Fi does not support restricting or predefining the sponsor email address in the Dashboard. The sponsor email is entered by the guest and cannot be locked to a specific user (e.g., reception). To achieve this, you must use a custom splash page and hard-code the sponsor email in the backend. Alternatively, use a shared reception inbox as a manual workaround.

Hi there,

Actually hardcoding it is fine, I can create a email group and have all the admin/receptions in it.

I did try to hardcode it via the meraki dashboard's splash page editing area however it didnt allow me to save.
