Meraki Access Point MR 46

In my network, there are a total of 20 Meraki APs, but out of these 20 APs, 8 APs are not receiving an IP address from the DHCP server.

That is easy: Something is going wrong in your network.

(If you need more help, you really have to provide more information. Like are they in the same subnet, what do you see on the DHCP server, what does a capture say, can the AP reach the DHCP server, etc.)

I would check that the switchports the APs are connected to are in the right VLAN and that the specified VLAN is the same subnet which has your DHCP server. If DHCP is in another subnet, ensure you have a DHCP relay configured.

Have you validated whether your DHCP scope is full?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
