Managing the New Wireless Network (IEEE 802.11) Policies Settings

I have a splash page on a SSID that connects to my LAN.  I use a Meraki group policy that by passes the splash page for specific MAC addresses.  That works with no issues.  I have now created a Microsoft group policy in AD (Comp Conf\Policies\Wind Settings\Sec Settings\Wireless Network (IEEE 802.11) to push out a wireless profile on laptops so that they will automatically connect to the aforementioned SSID using SSO.  However, once a laptop receives the group policy, it will not connect to the SSID.  I have mostly left the defaults settings for the wireless profile in the Microsoft group policy, but it does not communicate with the SSID.  Does anyone have any experience with this?  Thanks in advance.

If manually configured will the device connect? If so, sounds like something in the pushed policy is incorrect.
