MX67W wireless 802.1X Radius issue after 17.9

Radius auth stopped working with "failed to connect to the RADIUS server."
Ping works, Radius servers works fine with all other wireless networks
and it seems from packet capture it don't even try to send anything and immediately fails.
We have 3 MX67W with same issue.
It was the same when 17.5 came out and then we rolled back to 15.44 and it worked again.

@HansW does it work with 16.16?  There appear to be a number of MX64W issues with 17.9 and the MX67W is not that different...

I just tried 18.107.2 on the same MX67W and it worked.
