MR42 - Getting the Real Time location but it's not accurate using BLE Tags

Hello,

 

I have used the MR42 to get the real time location but the location coordinates of BLE tags are not accurate OR approx. OR device is sending there location when ever the device seen the BLE tags, Is there anyone who can share their experience please of this MR42.

 

I am using only 1 device and trying to get the location using python.

Getting noticed

You cannot accurately predict the location of a client device with a single access point. 

 

You will need a minimum 3 APs to get close to an accurate location, as the technology uses triangulation.

Thanks for sharing, Could you please let me know that, I'm getting the data from meraki cloud with latitude, longitude with an offsets(x,y), How it is getting measured, what is the central point?
