This is quite normal behaviour.  The AP has detected radar use in those frequenciew and changed channel to avoid the radar.  Are you near an airport, port, military establishment or similar?

Its a hospital infra. We use Meraki APs in our building. So is there any conflict happening between Meraki wifi APs which are nearby?

No, it is not conflicting WiFi traffic, it is other signals.  The hospital traffic may itself be generating them.  Does it have a helicopter pad?

Yes. Helipad is there but it is bit far away.

Do the helicopters fly over (or near) the AP?  I'd expect that's the DFS traffic.

Very rare.

Hey @Jobsp,

This KB gives some brief overview on what DFS is and how APs behave when the DFS event is detected. To mitigate negative impact on the network, you can deselect DFS channels from AutoChannel selection as mentioned in that KB. Note, however, that this will leave you with fewer channels and may be challenging in dense environments.

Based on my experience, DFS events can be detected pretty much everywhere. Usually, they can be caused by Radars, but sometimes there can be some device in the environment that is generating signals that are legitimately detected by the AP as DFS event, so hitting DFS event from time to time is normal.
