Intel AX201 Wireless connection stabilty issue
We have MR56 deployed all over the country in the office and all laptops (Lenovo) use the Intel AX201 wireless chipset
We have had multiple complains of calls in Teams dropping constantly
Has anyone else with the Intel AX201 chipset had issues with the AP's

Have you tried updating the wireless adapter drivers?

1. Definitely check latest NIC drivers are installed
2. Has anything changed recently.. are the MR56's new? Are the laptops new?

Do you see anything on the dashboard ? What kind of SSID ?
This looks exactly like the issues that I'm troubleshoot at the moment and driving me crazy...
Almost considering that the issues are with Teams...

latest drivers installed
Upgraded to latest firmware but issue has been ongoing for a few months
on dashboard cant see any issues with client connection
The SSID is only on the 5GHz

yes we use Cisco ISE 2.7 as RADIUS
