What is the possible cause of this 0.0.0.0 IP address? When I try to check these devices, they have already transferred to another AP. We also have scenarios where they seem to degrade the internet connection on the current access point, especially when some are using Zoom calls. We found some faulty APs in this scenario and resolved them by rebooting. Most of these affected APs are those near the hallways where a lot of users pass by. I have tried to lower the power of these APs from 30max to just 20db in 2.4Ghz radio, and am still observing if it will be solved. This is a campus setup, so we have lots of users roaming around on our 800+ APs.
