I have one query regarding one SSID configuration with 802.1X to multiple networks

Hi Team,

Can anyone explain me or has anyone configured a single SSID with 802.1X in multiple networks?

I see there is an option of AI assistant as well as API.

Which one is better? And what are the procedures?

You can use a templates for this.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

What about the API and AI assistant solution? I found one video for AI assistant. But I do not find any proper documentation for this -

Also, for the template I believe there will be impact if I move the APs from one previous template to this.

I personally haven't used it and I find the template simpler and more practical.

Furthermore, you don't need to migrate all networks to the template at once and can do it during a scheduled maintenance window.

But if you want to use AI Assistant for this, I believe it's something you'll have to try and validate yourself.

The video seems to be quite explanatory.

What exactly is it you want to achieve? AI Assistant has nothing to do with creating 802.1x authentication on an SSID.

Could you try and elaborate on your question?
