How to Allow % of BW to different SSIDs

We are having two SSID, one is Guest and other is corporate , we wanna assign 40% of BW to Guest and 60% to corporate , our setup has Meraki switches and APs only, no MX

From the dashboard you can go to:

Wireless > Configure > Firewall & Traffic Shaping for each SSID and specify bandwidth under traffic shaping rules.

Is there a certain reason you wish to restrict bandwidth for guest and corporate?

You might want to consider that restricting bandwidth may result in poor airtime utilization.Have a look at Jim Palmers session on rate limiting from WLPC.
