How To Read and/or Interpret Signal Coverage Pattern

On the datasheet for the Meraki Dual Band Patch Antenna MA-ANT-25

there are diagrams of the Signal Coverage Patterns, which consist of polar coordinate graphs -- 0 ° to 360 ° and circles marked -5, 0, and 5 -- with patterns that either represent how a wi-fi signal spreads out from the antenna, or is some type of Rorschach test.

How exactly am I supposed to interpret these diagrams?

Thanks.

Kind of a big deal

I found this 2 minute video that explains quite well.  https://youtu.be/rwciKjvHFfY

I've tried asking the same question, then came up a spreadsheet.

Formula is power - insert_loss + gain - path_loss(by meter),
