Heatmap disappeared

We've been running our free MR33 in our office environment for a couple weeks. Client locations and the heatmap used to work, but it seems that feature stopped working sometime over the weekend.

 

A firmware update and a reboot did not return it to me. Does anyone have an explanation or suggestion for this Meraki newbie on how we might get that feature back?

That is unusual.  You'll need to open a case with Meraki support.
