Delete more than 100 users per month

Hi All, 

WE are Using Meraki AcessPoints for Public Events. Now we have a problem. the Dashboard only accept do delete 100 User Data per Month!! Why???

After an Event, we are legal pushed to delete all user Data in the Dashboard. Now if I go to the Dashboard  on Clients and select them all and click on forget the Dashboard tells me that I can only delete 100 User per Month!

Why, is there any reasonable reason???

IS there a way true API to delete them all?

I would just create a new network which is a copy of the old, move the kit, and delete the original.

If this is an MX and is not a combined network you can also change the client tracking type from MAC to IP and back to MAC to wipe all client statistics.

There's a specific API call to remove PII (Personally Identifying Information). It was added due to GDPR regulation. Check if that helps your case:
