DHCP connection error

Hi, There were no issues with the Wi-Fi connection until now.

I suspect the problem started after updating to version MR 30.7.1 on the MR30H model.

Since 14 days have passed, I can no longer perform a rollback.

Is there any way to manually revert to the previous version?

I also updated to MR 31.1.5.1 yesterday, but the issue persists.

We do not operate a separate DHCP server and are using DHCP configured on the Backbone.

It has been confirmed that there are no issues with the Backbone, and there are available IP addresses.

Yes. Open a ticket to support or call them.

DHCP errors on roams are cosmetic. Are you experiencing any issues or only seeing error logs ?

There is an issue. Customers were able to use the Wi-Fi normally yesterday, but today they are unable to connect.

I do not remember the previous firmware version of the MR30H.
