Hello,
What we want to achieve is the following construction:
Current setup:
Organization (ITASS) > Network (Kremer Zand en Grind)
Currently the network 'Kremer Zand en Grind' is configured under the organization ITASS. We want to split all our customers to their own organization. So that is why we created a new organization (Kremer Zand en Grind). So the new setup would be:
Organization (Kremer Zand en Grind) > Network (Kremer Zand en Grind)
So what needs to happen is the following:
1. All access points need to be unsubscribed from the old Kremer Zand en Grind network under organization ITASS.
2. All access points need to be subscribed to the new Kremer Zand en Grind network under organization Kremer Zand en Grind.
3. The network (Kremer Zand en Grind) from organization ITASS needs to be cloned to the new organization (Kremer Zand en Grind) to match the configuration.
From my understanding we can perform steps 1 and 2 by our self, but we can't perform the action described in step 3. I also came across this article (https://www.boundlessdigital.com/library/blog/meraki-network-and-device-migration-guide/) that states the following:
'To move the network to the new organization, you will need to contact Cisco Meraki support. They will be able to transfer the network ownership to the new organization.'
So if I am correct. We are not able to copy the network from the old organization to the new organization and need to contact Meraki support for this action. Is this true?
NOTE: Both organizations are configured under the same account.
Thanks in advance,
Jeffrey
