Client status is "Not authorized", but the connection is established to access to the internet.

Setting splash frequency to every week.
After a client has left the site without waiting for 7 days, the remaining IP address in profile will be able to use for another clients.
At that time, new client should to be authorized with facing splash page, but some of them are "Not authorized" from the client monitoring page.
Is this behavior correct?

Hi ,

I have been observing that pattern on my networks also.

I'm pretty sure this is caused by those settings :

Do you have the same settings ?

RaphaelL, thank you for answering my question.
I checked the setting, and it has set to "block all access until sign-on is complete".
Hmm..

Great @RaphaelL, In most cases, block all access until login resolves this issue.
