We're migrating to the Cisco Community on March 29. The Meraki Community will enter read-only mode starting on March 26.
I am trying to see a history of a client that might go back a ways on a certain SSID? Is there away to go back more than just a month on an SSID or is there a way to see if a client ever had access to that SSID?

Unfortunately not, Meraki has a pre-defined log retention time.
