Can't reset password - reCAPTCHA

Can't reset password - reCAPTCHA

After clicking "Forgot Password" I get a page at https://account.network-auth.com/account/reset_account_password

 

When I click the box "I'm not a robot"  reCAPTHA returns the message "Please Try Again Later. your computer may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now. For more information please visit our help page." 

 

The verify button is greyed out.

 

I waited 24 hours, I tried two different connections to the internet on that machine laptop.

I tried a separate machine that has never had a problem reCAPTHA in the past.

I think I would ring support and ask for help.

Agreed, I'd have Support take a look, but just wanted to confirm, this is for a guest account and not actual Dashboard login right?
