Can Meraki Meshed Access point also function as Ethernet bridge?

Can a Meraki access point that is a mesh client provide Ethernet connectivity?  I am wondering if an outdoor access point on a building can provide Ethernet connectivity to the building while continuing to provide Wi-Fi outdoors.  I am considering doing this to simplify deployment by eliminating the need for a separate wireless backhaul for small networks that are not high demand.

It can be done as per the link below.

However you'll need to determine whether it's a feasible option for the scenario given the limitations and decreased bandwidth from mesh links.
