COMODO RSA Certification Authority not configured

We have multiple sites and employ a mixture of MR42 and MR62 WAP's managed via Meraki Cloud.

Users trying to connect to an SSID on a new site are getting a Windows Security Alert: 'The connection attempt could not be completed' message with the following details:

Radius Server:  radius.meraki.com

Root CA: COMODO RSA Certification Authority

The server "radius.meraki.com" presented a valid certificate issued by "COMODO RSA Certification Authority", but "COMODO RAS Certification Authority" is not configured as a valid trust anchor for this profile.

There are options to Terminate or Connect but the Connect option does not lead to connection.

I have checked and all the settings I can see are identical to our other sites that are working fine.

What am I missing??

Kind of a big deal
Kind of a big deal

This usually means:

1. The date on the machine is not correct.

2. You don't have the latest root certificate updates installed.  If this is a Windows machine you should be able to get these via Windows Update.
