Branch office users are constantly being disconnected

One of our branch offices has users that are constantly being disconnected. This location was functioning fine until about 3 weeks ago. The WLAN design is relevant and new APs were tried as a troubleshooting measure. The issue is reproducible, and we have not had any success clearing the problem. Any insight is greatly appreciated. We have over 200 branches and the other locations appear to be operating normally. The branch in question is using MR46 APs.

Are there any issues under your wireless health?

We are not seeing anything out of the ordinary under Health, but the onboarding stats are not good compared to other locations:

Was the firmware recently upgraded ? What kind of SSID are you using ?

The APs are at firmware MR 29.5.1 and they may have been upgraded within the last month, but we have hundreds of other APs that were also upgraded. We have 1 production SSID and one guest (open) SSID with a captive portal.

Both the Prod SSID and the Guest SSID are getting disconnected ?

It's affecting both prod and guest SSIDs.
