Kind of a big deal

That reason code means, "Association denied due to excessive frame loss rates and/or poor conditions on current operating channel" according to: https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless-mobility-documents/802-11-association-status-802-11-deauth-r...

Have you tried another channel?  What does RF spectrum look like?

Hi Brandon

Thanks for the reply finally figured it out with the help of Tech support. It looks like the Client Balancing feature was moving the clients to another AP while they were air playing. Turned it off and it solved the issue
