Any Zoom issues with Meraki config?

Any configuration settings on the AP that may possibly affect the Zoom access or call quality? We are having problems with Zoom calls. But when using Google Meet, there is no problem. We have multiple ISPs and traced both Zoom and Gmeet go out on the same ISP, just to rule them out of the picture. Any possible tweaks that we can do to fix this?

No known issues, but depending on your network settings this may end up affecting Zoom, but without more information about your network (such as settings) it is difficult to help, but what you can do is create custom traffic shaping rules in Meraki to prioritize Zoom traffic.

Take a look at this discussions.

Well, just general WiFi configuration settings, not specific to Zoom.

Because you are doing video calls, you probably want an AP for every 10 to 15 users.  Video consumes a lot of bandwidth.

Make sure you are using RF profiles to configure the AP radios appropriately (this is a common issue I see, people not using RF profiles so the default radio settings are used).

Don't use 2.4Ghz.

Check the WiFi health dashboard and overview page for any issues the system has identified.
