AP is unable to fetch its configuration

AP is unable to fetch its configuration

Hi,  
We have a problem regarding an MR33 access point , it is always in alerting repeater mode or totally offline , it also shows " This device is unable to fetch its configuration from the Meraki cloud. Please contact Meraki Support." message 
I tried to hard reset the access point but it still the same

What color light/lights are you seeing?

 

You might try going static IP

Another option is segregate it to completely different physical network and access the local status page to verify settings/config.
