set specific static public IP to specified PC

FW1:

WAN 1 (dynamic public IP)

WAN 2 (dynamic public IP)

 

FW2:

WAN 1 (dynamic public IP)

WAN 2 (static public IP)

 

AP: 1,2,3 (meshed)

 

Now, several PC have to access a specified website that only FW2:WAN2 static IP is allowed to, one hour per month on average.  Any advice for configuration?

This is more an MX topic and not Wireless LAN ...

It can be done with Flow preferences on the MX:

But FW2 needs to be the active unit to make it work.
