Meraki Business Continuity update

I am looking for some document or confirmation from Meraki regarding their ability to restore services should Meraki (for wifi services) have a catastrophic failure. What assurance do we have Meraki will be able to restore our configuration in case of such failure? How long will this take? What is the possible worst case business impact in case of such failure instances?

Kind of a big deal

Have you seen this? https://meraki.cisco.com/trust

I would think if you need more than that you will need to work through a Cisco account rep.
