Capturing an email address or phone number for Guest WIFI

Hi All,

We want to provide a shared password and the will go through to a splash page.

Is there a way that the splash page can capture an email or mobile no.

Hi @StarGroup , Not sure off the top of my head if the Meraki default splash page has that capacity but there are third party solutions that you can integrate with which will work and provide you so much more than just an email address.

I.e - Purple Wifi - https://purple.ai

I'm not an employee of Cisco/Meraki. My posts are based on Meraki best practice and what has worked for me in the field.

You could setup a splash page for "self-registration and mark the accounts as auto-approved.  That will let you collect email addresses.

If you are doing this for guest access, and are happy for someone to approve the requests, you could also consider using sponsored guest mode.

Splash Access is another excellent [paid] option (and more reasonably priced ...).
