Cambios en Dashboard

Buenos días, hace unos días que los usuarios Administradores de Redes no tienen acceso a la configuración de las VPN (no aparece ninguna opción dentro de Security & SD-WAN - CONFIGURE) y cuando quieren acceder a las Alertas (Netword-wide - CONFIGURE - Alerts) los envía a la pantalla donde se ven los clientes conectados. Las redes afectadas tiene equipos MX, una de las redes tiene un MX67W y la otra un MX67.

Es importante que los usuarios Administradores de Redes puedan seguir accediendo a las configuraciones. Tienen alguna sugerencia o cuales serian los pasos a seguir.

Hello @Darcom it sounds like your Site-to-Site VPN configuration menu option has disappeared, among other strange things.  I would give Meraki Support a call (or just open a case from Dashboard), perhaps there is a known issue and that will help them track it and add your Dashboard Organization to the case to correlate with other cases.  Definitely not normal if you are going to Network Wide > Alerts and you get taken to the Clients page.  Chances are they are aware and working on it, but opening a case will help.
