Kind of a big deal

Is it possible your other switch has DHCP snooping setup incorrectly? Do your uplink ports match between the switches, same native vlans and allowed vlans if trunked?

Have you compared the DHCP discovery message from the JetNet to one from a port on C9300? Perhaps something is being tagged on the wrong vlan?

You can also try upgrading your 9300 to 17.2.1.1. I don't see a specific bug about DHCP that would apply, but support may ask you to do it anyway and it's always worth a shot IMO.

thanks for your update , i expectedthat  also it would be DHCP snooping setup , i run ip DHCP Snooping trust command at uplink for JetNet6528Gf switch , ensure also from allowed & native vlan between both switches , when assign my device static IP behind the JetNet switch  connection working normal ,found that command at Jetnet switch <ip dhcp snooping database write-delay 0>  with Uplink port configuration <interface gigabitethernet24
switchport trunk allowed vlan add 1,200-201>

I believe that there is nothing that can be done on Meraki's side, I suggest that you open a support case with JetNet.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.
