help with meraki z1 not connecting with printers for POS

Using Toast POS and can't change the ip address for the printers. I can't get them to be recognized by meraki router. POS tablets are working but the printers are offline??? The people at Toast are not helpful...Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Printer is wired or wireless? Do you see it in client list in dashboard?

It is wired and I do not see it on the dashboard.

Where should it get its IP address from? Did you plug a laptop into the same port on the Z1 to test?
